Week of Jan 8th - 15th

We had our first family photos taken this weekend. It took a total of three hours and needless to say Eric wasn't loving it.I will send out a photo to everyone as soon as we get them back from Olan Mills.

Week Of Jan 01-07 Happy New Year!!!

We just love being parents. Eric is a very good baby, he loves, sleeping, eating, baths and his mommy and daddy. We love him so much!!

Christmas 2005 

Eric Von Otto Eckman born Dec19 2005, 7lbs 9oz. 21inches long.  

Baby Eric's cute O face. He is such a happy baby. 

Eric Von Otto Eckman is finally here. He was born on Dec 19th 2005 at 1:44pm; he weighed 7lbs 9oz and was 21 inches long. Labor was as easy as it can get but Eric had his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck and wasn't breathing for the first 3 minutes of his life. He also had pneumonia. We were able to take him home Wed but with an IV stuck in his head where Gary and I had to administer his antibiotics twice a day for two hours each time. This was long and hard but worth it. He is doing GREAT now and has already gained 9oz. He loves to eat and play airplane with his dad. His Aunt Jamie, Uncle Adam, cousin Faith, and his grandma and grandpa Murphy all came down from WA. to visit him and we loved every minute of it. We had a wonderful Christmas. Eric was thoroughly spoiled.
